Please Note that after 19/11/10, there will be no free shipment for relief goods to Pakistan as we are inform by PIA, all relief goods shipments will go on normal freight rates, still we will offer you a big discount on relief goods to Pakistan and worldwide.
We are trying to explain you how you can send relief goods to Pakistan. pls. keep watching this link for updates we change at the bottom of this page:
There is a good news, that you can send all of your shipments free of charge from any nearest airport all over UK. We also offer you free service for documents and NES (UK Custom Clearance)
But before you take shipment to the Airport you need to give us Shipper and Receiver in Pakistan Full name, address, telephone no. No. of pcs or no of pallets. content of goods.
We will make all of you paper work and send you by e-mail the copy of airway bill and NES, you need to print out 7 copies of airway bill and one copy of NES. you also need to write airway bill number and destination as we will send you by mail.
Please make sure that do not take your shipment to the airport unless you get paper work from us.
Pls. also note because of heavy demand of sending relief goods to Pakistan this is not possible for us to collect your goods and deliver to airports free of charge. So pls. arrange your own delivery to the airports after getting free documentation and NES service from us or you have to pay for collection delivery charges.
It’s very easy. Now you can send what ever you like and how much you like. But we advise people to take part in this blessed activity. We would prefer for you to send the goods that are in demand at the moment:
Pls. note at the moment most demanding thing are food items, Ready-to-eat food items – such as canned foods, cereals, energy bars and biscuits, sugar, tea bags, long life Milk, dry milk (full cream)etc,<span style=”color:#ff0000;”><strong> </strong></span>Tents, Blankets, Medicine, Utensils (Steel-made Kitchen-ware), Clothes (New Only), (No clothes at the moment because PIA is not accepting any kind of clothes as free shipments of relief goods, you can send clothes as paid shipment on normal freight charges)
Please make sure everything is packed in cardboard boxes (large quantities must be shrink raped on pallets) and all things specially clothes must be packed in clear bags and must be pack in boxes with clear marking what are the good inside as you can see in slide show at bottom, so that it can save logistic time to deliver your charity goods (relief goods) to the needy people.
<span style=”text-decoration:underline;”><strong>If you have the problem with making family gift packs we are going to offer packing of family meal box just with 50p/box of 5-10kg, shortly. You just need to send all food items in bulk to our Islamabad office and after packing we can hand over to your desire NGO in Pakistan.</strong></span>

You can send goods to Pakistan; these must be sent to any NGO (Non-government Organisations) in Pakistan (if you have any) or it will go to NDMA (National Disaster Management Authority) Islamabad, or PIA C/O NDMA in Pakistan, Humanity First, EDHI welfare trust, or anyone you know.

Dear All. As we notice during collection of relief goods specially food gift boxes, most of the people’s are making bigger boxes more than food they put inside, which make the logistic problem for PIA as these boxes are getting more space than weight which being main cause for the delay sending more and more relief goods.
So we advise every one pls. compress you packing as much as you can so PIA can have more space in aircrafts and they can send more and more relief goods to Pakistan.

Dear All, Due to heavy back lock, PIA is accepting only food items No. clothing or other items, even som time they refuse because of where house space capacity, so when you want to deliver your self pls. confirm with you nearest cargo office of PIA if they have space for accepting of you relief goods.

Pls. note that you can not send any kind of Dairy product, such as any kind of milk, cheese, butter as these thing are required health certificate for export as per custom rules. pls. make sure there should be no dairy product in your relief goods shipments.

Dear All
We have had another instruction from PIA re FOC relief goods
Goods consigned to an “NGO”/”Charity” or “PIA Flood Relief” will be transported on FOC basis – <span style=”text-decoration:underline;”>No FOC transportation to persons/individuals</span>. If donor does not know to which NGO/Charity to send goods, he may send it to “PIA Relief”. PIA will hand over these goods to organizations like Army, Red Cross, NDMA etc at destinations for onward distribution to the flood victims.
Individuals can send only <strong>ready to eat dry food stuff</strong> packed in 15” X 15” X 12” card board boxes as per PIA guidelines.
However, Charities/NGOs may send following items as well,
- Medicines/.Life saving drugs/Mosquito repellent lotions, etc
- Blankets
- Tents
- Utensils/Kitchenware (new only)
- Clothing (new only)
Main point to note is that please no more clothes!!!!! I know many of you have already collected them – we will still send but apparently food stuffs will take priority
